You will drive people strategies, manage employee relations, ensure compliance, oversee onboarding, training, performance, and engagement, and partner with in-house counsel to handle legal matters while delivering practical, field‑based insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational culture and priorities.
• Advise managers on HR policies, investigations, and interpretation.
• Conduct quarterly compliance audits and maintain required documentation.
• Oversee onboarding, HR records, benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity.
• Provide field-based insights to ensure initiatives are practical and effective.
