Job summary

You will provide first-line employee support, manage HR data in HRIS systems, and ensure compliance with policies, I-9/E-Verify, and payroll coordination. Strong Excel and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional HR processes from intake to completion with proper documentation and tracking.
• Provide first-line support to employees, managers, and HR partners on HR policies and processes; escalate complex matters as needed.
• Support regional HR programs, including performance-plans, talent reviews, wellness programs, awards, and related processes.
• Assist the HR Director with research, special projects, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to ensure timely HR service delivery.
