Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Regional HR Manager in Dundee, MI to partner with managers on human capital plans and strategy. The role supports the HR Director in implementing HR strategy, staffing, and employee development to meet business objectives.

The position emphasizes experience in manufacturing/construction settings, union relations, and delivering results through a strong HR business partnership. A Bachelor’s degree or substantial experience is required, with travel about 25%.

Qualifications

• 5–7 progressive HR generalist/business partner experience.
• Manufacturing/construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience working with union labor force and union negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with EXCO members, Directors and managers across all supported functions.
• Collaborate with HR Directors, business managers and HR Coordinators.
• Identify organizational issues and offer HR solutions to support business objectives.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
