Job summary

QXO is seeking an HR leader to oversee operations across multiple locations in the assigned region. The role focuses on coaching leaders, aligning HR strategy with business objectives, and ensuring compliant, high-performing workplaces.

You will drive talent planning, leadership development, and employee relations while partnering with HR centers of excellence to standardize policies and programs. Travel across sites is required to support field teams and integration efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience leading HR teams across multiple sites.
• SHRM/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HR operations across multiple locations in the region.
• Coach leaders on performance management and engagement.
• Oversee workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
