Job summary

QXO, a leading building products distributor, seeks a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead HR across the Northeast Division. You will partner with senior executives to translate business priorities into workforce strategies that enable growth and operational excellence.

This role oversees regional HR operations, talent strategy, organizational design, succession, culture transformation, and risk mitigation for 100+ locations, driving enterprise HR alignment and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 12-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed workforces.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive HR work across 100+ locations with strategic workforce planning.
• Drive organizational design, succession planning and leadership development.
• Oversee risk, governance, compliance and employee relations with senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Operations, Finance and Legal to execute initiatives.
