Job summary

Pave Talent is assisting a Texas-based commercial landscaping company near Alvarado, south of Fort Worth, to hire a capable HR leader. This onsite role emphasizes hands-on payroll, HR operations, and scalable process building as acquisitions expand the footprint.

You will implement an LMS from scratch, complete HRIS integration, and oversee employee relations for four sites with occasional travel to Houston. Bilingual English/Spanish is valued but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll processing experience with actual execution of payroll runs.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with strong employee relations.
• Experience supporting multi-site hourly workforce in the $18 to $30 per hour range.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll end to end for 400+ employees, partnering with the finance team.
• Finish integrating a HRIS platform that went live earlier this year and sync with field job-costing system.
• Launch a time and attendance attestation project for hourly field workforce.
• Build a learning management system from scratch: training intake, gaps, content, delivery.
• Own employee relations, investigations, and compliance across four sites.
