Job summary

Sonnax Transmission Company, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks an Regional HR Manager to lead HR operations across VT, NC, MI, and Pune. You will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy, ensure compliant practices, and drive employee engagement.

This role requires 8+ years in HR, including 3+ in management, with experience across locations and international operations. Travel up to 25% is expected as activities expand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR management role.
• Experience supporting multiple locations, including international operations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, investigations, manager coaching, performance management, and employment compliance.
• Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws, with ability to apply India labor requirements.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams and partnering with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across Sonnax locations in VT, NC, MI, and Pune.
• Partner with leadership to implement HR priorities and drive business performance.
• Coach leaders on workforce planning, staffing, performance mgmt, and employee development.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies for all employees.
• Lead performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Support compensation planning, job evaluations, and market reviews.
