Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Strong employee-relations experience.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA and accommodations, workers' compensation, performance management, workplace investigations, terminations and corrective action, and federal and state employment law.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional HR leadership across multiple Michigan communities with primary responsibility for employee relations, investigations, corrective action, and performance management.
• Manage FMLA administration and complex leave situations; advise on accommodations and return-to-work.
• Lead termination reviews and high‑risk employment decisions; ensure regulatory compliance and consistent policy application.
