Uline is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee HR for 15 distribution centers across the U.S., including hands-on recruitment for hubs in California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wisconsin. You’ll lead HR strategy to build and develop the teams that power our distribution network.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in supervision. On-site, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and leadership.

• 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in supervision.
• Prior recruitment experience in distribution/warehouse is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct HR initiatives supporting 1,300+ employees across hubs in CA, IL, PA, TX and WI.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and hands-on recruitment strategies.
• Develop and coach an HR team to build a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with Distribution leaders to deliver HR processes and programs aligned with business goals.
