Job summary

Tilray is seeking a strategic HR leader to guide people programs across the West Region Beer Operations. This onsite role in Bend, OR partners with leaders across brewery, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and brewpub operations to support business performance through people-focused strategies.

You will lead employee and labor relations, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, compliance, and leadership development across multiple locations using workforce

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, or other operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to tackle workforce challenges in manufacturing and hospitality environments, including staffing, scheduling, retention, attendance, and employee engagement.
