Allied Universal in San Francisco is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy and operations for a dedicated client security program. This role handles employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and leadership development across locations, serving as the senior HR partner to AUS and client leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Associate’s degree plus 10+ years HR management experience.
• High school diploma with 12+ years HR management experience.
• 7+ years HR managerial experience, including employee relations and policy development.
• Experience administering collective bargaining agreements and grievances.
• Experience supporting a large hourly workforce across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of California and federal employment requirements.
• Ability to translate business plans into practical HR actions and exercise judgment.

• Lead HR plan for the account aligning staffing, retention and leadership development.
• Serve as primary HR contact for AUS and client leadership; participate in reviews.
• Lead complex employee relations matters and investigations; document findings.
• Manage bargaining agreements, union relationships and grievances.
• Oversee accommodations and separations; audit compliance and corrective actions.
• Guide performance management, discipline, and termination decisions; coach managers.
• Partner with Recruiting and Operations on workforce projects and site launches.
• Develop HR staff and establish consistent account HR practices across locations.
• Track staffing, turnover, and compliance results; improve employee experience.
