Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Regional Human Resources Generalist to support multiple manufacturing sites across New Holstein, WI; Boscobel, WI; and Paris, IL. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and day-to-day HR administration with about 25% travel.

The position emphasizes strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage HR projects aligned with corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of previous Human Resources experience.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of computer software applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage human resources benefits, policies and procedures for all locations to support positive employee relations.
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations issues for Supervisors and Leaders; investigate harassment or complaints and recommend policy-compliant actions.
• Manage the recruitment process for key positions for assigned facilities including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Oversee activities handled by local HR resources and provide training and coaching as needed.
• Facilitate meetings with employees and managers for training, enrollment, etc.
