Marksman Security seeks a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy, operations, and service delivery for the West region and the Retail division. You will partner with operations leadership, guide workforce planning, and align HR programs with business goals.

The role demands strong judgment, experience in high-volume environments, and deep knowledge of California wage and hour laws, Cal/OSHA, and investigations.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years supporting a multi-site, multi-state, hourly workforce.
• California labor and employment law expertise required.
• Experience consulting with senior operations leaders.
• Experience in HR operations, investigations, compliance, and onboarding leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR strategy for the West region and Retail division.
• Oversee HR operations from onboarding to offboarding.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Safety, and Operations on high‑risk matters.
• Drive data‑driven process improvements and standard work.
