Job summary

FOX Television Stations seeks a strategic, business-minded Senior Regional Director, Human Resources to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership for the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic locations and Corporate functions.

The role leads a team of five HR professionals and partners with Centers of Excellence to drive organizational effectiveness, culture and performance in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including supporting geographically dispersed teams or markets.
• Demonstrated success as a strategic HR partner to senior executives and operating leaders.
• Experience leading and developing an HR team in a matrixed or multi-location organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across FOX Television Stations' Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets, Sales organization and Corporate functions.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of five HR professionals, establishing priorities and strong business partnership.
• Develop understanding of station operations, revenue drivers, market dynamics and priorities to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and leadership development.
