Job summary

FOX Television Stations seeks a strategic Senior Regional Director, Human Resources to partner with senior leaders across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, driving regional people strategies and leading a five-person HR team. Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience with dispersed teams
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification a plus
• Experience as strategic HR partner to senior executives

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across FOX Television Stations' Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets, Sales organization and Corporate functions.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of five HR professionals, establishing clear priorities and strong business partnership.
• Set regional priorities and drive consistent execution of the broader people strategy.
• Develop deep understanding of station operations, revenue drivers, and market dynamics to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Advise executives on performance management, employee development, and organizational health.
