Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, auditing, finance, and process improvement.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including pivots and advanced functions.
• Familiarity with PMS/POS systems and payroll or reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property audits and departmental reviews to assess standards and identify root causes of issues.
• Establish and monitor KPI definitions, targets, and reporting practices.
• Prepare consolidated dashboards comparing results across hotels and present actionable recommendations.
• Review staffing levels, labor costs, and productivity against occupancy and budgets; suggest adjustments.
• Evaluate the financial impact of inefficiencies and identify profitability improvements.
• Maintain action trackers, follow up on deadlines, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Identify training needs through audits and KPI results; coordinate department-level training.
• Support cross-property coordination and share best practices.
