Willingness to travel regionally (40–50%).

Responsibilities

Partner with Directors of Finance and General Managers to support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
Conduct monthly financial reviews and provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and management agreements.
Collaborate across regional and corporate teams in finance, tax, legal, HR and operations.
Support hotel openings, transitions, and regional initiatives.
