Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales with a track record of revenue growth.
• Ability to coach and lead sales professionals across multiple properties.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic sales leadership across four Marriott and Hilton branded hotels.
• Mentor sales teams, conduct pipeline reviews, and drive account development.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with General Managers and corporate leadership on pricing and strategy.
• Represent WS Management with professionalism and build cross-property referrals.
