Job summary

Aperion Care Corporate in the Chicago area seeks a Director of Regional Business Development/Hospital Liaison to lead strategic marketing, census growth, and hospital relations. You will manage action plans, coordinate physician roundtables, and develop programs across multiple facilities to drive referrals and patient admissions.

The role requires building relationships with hospital leadership, vendors, and medical staff, plus travel across the territory to optimize census and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years direct experience in similar role within industry strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in establishing relationships, managing a book of business and increasing referrals/revenue.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to make presentations.
• Travel to and between the homes in the assigned territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, prepare, distribute and audit ongoing Action Plans for each building in assigned territory.
• Conduct monthly marketing meetings in all assigned buildings and share updates to the team.
• Maintain knowledge of admissions requirements, services and requirements.
• Plan and direct marketing programs to maintain/increase census and inform community.
