Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account.
• Multi-site account management experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• General business acumen; excellent interpersonal and customer service.
• Proficient in Windows office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple environmental services accounts and client relations.
• Monitor unit expenditures and develop operating budgets.
• Coordinate housekeeping with other departments and communicate with administration.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise department functions.
• Establish work standards and policies for departmental operations.
• Encourage and mentor staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop job descriptions and promote staff education.
