Responsibilities

• Responsible for department’s financial data and statistics.
• Monitor unit expenditures and develop operating budgets.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Supervise and mentor staff to maintain high service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies.
• Develop staff job descriptions and training plans.
