Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Resident Regional Manager to oversee multiple environmental services accounts in healthcare facilities. You’ll manage client relations and ensure housekeeping services meet high quality standards, while guiding budgets and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account.
• Multi-site account management experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• General business acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented with a quality mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals; strong budgeting skills.
• Public speaking and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department’s financial data and statistics.
• Monitor unit expenditures and develop operating budgets.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other hospital departments.
• Maintain communication with administration and hospital staff.
• Plan, organize, and supervise department functions and workflows.
• Establish policies and procedures for operations.
• Mentor staff and encourage process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and safety standards.
