Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Related Field.
• 3 years’ experience working with hospitals and have a good understanding of hospital state and federal regulations and policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Educate hospital personnel across key units, leadership and physician groups to increase donations.
• Assist hospitals in policy and procedure development to maximize organ and tissue donation.
• Determine donor potential and evaluate hospital donation systems and report results.
