Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Hospice Registered Nurse to lead clinical operations in the Norman/OKC market. You will manage new admissions, onboard patients, and support the local clinical team while traveling within a 30–45 mile radius to build referral relationships.

The role offers growth toward an ADON track as census expands, with opportunities to collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Norman leadership. We value autonomous, proactive leaders in hospice care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with hospice background.
• Experience leading clinical teams and managing patient care in hospice.
• Knowledge of admissions流程 and building referral relationships.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Serve as a hands-on clinical leader for the Norman/OKC market
• Handle new hospice admissions, including getting new patients successfully onboarded into care
• Initially carry a small patient caseload, around 6 patients
• Help oversee/support the clinical staff in the Norman office
• Travel throughout Norman and a 30–45 mile radius
• Build relationships with local referral sources and help grow Halo’s presence in the Norman/OKC market
• Be very self-sufficient and driven. They need someone who doesn't require a ton of hand-holding and can help create momentum in the market
• Bring existing knowledge of the local hospice community, ideally coming directly from another hospice organization
• Partner closely with current Director of Nursing, and the existing Norman leadership
• As the Norman census grows, they plan to hire additional case managers and pull the patient caseload away from this position
• Ultimately transition into more of an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role focused on clinical leadership and growth
