Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of documented experience in discipline, including a 1+ years of full time experience in a hospice, home health, or oncology setting

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational, clinical, quality, financial, and compliance performance for assigned agencies, ensuring adherence to the Care Management Model and all regulatory requirements
• Leads quality improvement and risk management efforts, including QAPI processes, review of trends, complaints, patient satisfaction, and performance improvement initiatives
• Reviews and manages financial performance, budgets, forecasts, metrics, census, and productivity, partnering with divisional leadership to address variances and drive cost effective care delivery
• Partners with local leadership and sales to support business development, market growth, and referral relationships, while articulating service lines, competitive advantages, and payer guidelines
• Provides leadership oversight for people operations, including staffing, talent decisions, mentoring, performance management, staff engagement, and ongoing education across assigned agencies
• The Area ED of Operations will not hold any simultaneous/concurrent employment by any other licensed health care/hospice agency (excluding Arkansas and West Virginia)
