Northern Nurseries is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites, drive growth, efficiency, and team success across our Windsor Locks, CT locations. You will lead operations, ensure compliance, and build a high-performing staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, safety, or multi-site management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills—from hiring to conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA regulations.
• Experience in sales and operations management; horticulture experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel regularly across sites.
• Willingness to relocate to Windsor Locks, CT area.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations and ensure each location meets standards and customer experience.
• Drive business results by maximizing market share, sales, and profit margins while controlling expenses.
• Inspire and develop people through recruiting, training, coaching, and support for site managers and staff.
• Champion compliance and safety with OSHA, DOT, and environmental standards.
• Oversee projects and capital investments from equipment to land improvements.
• Deliver top-tier customer service by resolving major issues and maintaining quality control.
