Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in maintenance production or horticulture.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, fertilization, and pest management.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions in Southwest Florida climate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage weekly and seasonal production schedules.
• Oversee all phases of plant production including irrigation and pest control.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain quality standards.
