Regional Horticulture Operations Manager

What You’ll Do:

As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll partner closely with the General Manager to:

• Lead multi-site operations– ensuring each location meets company standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience
• Drive business results– maximize market share, sales, and profit margins while keeping expenses in check
• Inspire and develop people– recruit, train, coach, and support site managers and staff
• Champion compliance & safety– OSHA, DOT, and environmental standards are always on your radar
• Oversee projects & capital investments– from equipment to land improvements, you’ll help move big ideas forward
• Deliver top-tier customer service– resolve major issues, maintain quality control, and keep us competitive in the market

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, safety, or multi-site management
• Strong leadership and people management skills – from hiring to conflict resolution
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA regulations
• Proven success in sales and operations management (horticulture experience a plus!)
• Ability to travel regularly across sites
• Willingness to relocate to the Windsor Locks, CT area (relocation assistance available!)
