Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Regional Sales Director for HIV Prevention LAI to lead a Southeast territory (GA, AL, MS, LA, SC, Charlotte and panhandle of FL). You will align regional strategy with marketing, access, launches, and multi-channel engagement while developing TAMs for buy-and-bill.

The role requires 9+ years in pharma sales and 6+ years in specialty management, with a proven track record launching specialty products and building strategic plans with measurable objectives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher.
• 9+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 6+ years specialty management leading teams.
• Experience launching and delivering specialty products.
• Experience creating strategic business plans with measurable objectives.
• Domestic travel with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Align and execute regional business strategy across marketing, market access, launches, multi-channel engagement, and team development.
• Prioritize and customize regional investments to maximize local market growth.
• Develop execution plans using KPIs and scale successful initiatives.
• Incorporate payer, health-system value, and competition into business plans.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead TAMs within an integrated account management model for buy-and-bill.
• Foster a coaching culture, lead through transitions, and implement corrective action as needed.
• Identify/manage risks and ensure SOP/policy adherence.
