Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Regional Health Information Operations Manager to oversee Clinical Information Management Services across the Telecare system. The role includes leading HIM staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting EHR and reporting initiatives.

Expect extensive travel throughout the Bay Area, with on-site support at multiple behavioral health programs. Required RHIT/RHIA credentials or equivalent experience, plus 6+ years in behavioral health records management.

Qualifications

• Credentialed RHIT or RHIA with AHIMA.
• Minimum six years managing behavioral health clinical records in multiple care settings.
• If non-credentialed, 10 years' experience with RHIT/RHIA credential planned within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HIM services across Telecare system.
• Support facility/program HIM activities and compliance.
• Develop reports and metrics for quality reporting and regulatory needs.
• Travel 70% within assigned Bay Area region.
