Job summary

CORT is seeking a Regional Higher Education Sales Executive to cover Texas and Louisiana. This role targets colleges, universities, and purpose-built student housing, positioning CORT as a solution provider for campus housing decision-makers.

You will prospect, lead, and present to key accounts, collaborate with district and regional teams, and manage CRM records. Travel up to 25% within territory is required; residence within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of B2B sales experience in higher education, student housing, or military housing.
• Multi-state territory management experience.
• Experience with extended sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation: identify and engage new clients through directories, referrals, events, and outreach campaigns.
• Client relationship management: build and maintain relationships with university and military housing contacts and manage client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Sales presentations and proposals: prepare and deliver customized quotes and presentations to promote CORT’s services and solutions.
• Internal collaboration: work closely with District General Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and Account Executives to align strategies and support local execution.
• CRM and reporting: maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ZoomInfo and complete expense and sales reports.
• Event participation: represent CORT at housing fairs, conferences, and campus events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
• Training and mentorship: support teammates and field sales with insights, coaching, and collaboration on university and military trends.
• Other duties as assigned
