Job summary

CORT USA is seeking a Regional Higher Education Sales Executive to cover Texas and Louisiana. The role focuses on selling to colleges, universities, and student/military housing, engaging key decision makers, and driving new business opportunities with 25% travel.

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per year plus commission, with OTE $100,000–$110,000. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, multi-state territory management, and the ability to navigate extended sales

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in higher education, student housing, or military housing.
Multi-state territory management experience.
Experience with extended sales cycles.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable with experience.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and lead generation to identify new clients in Texas and Louisiana.
Build and maintain relationships with university housing and military housing contacts.
Prepare and deliver customized quotes and presentations.
Collaborate with district and regional managers to align strategies.
Maintain Salesforce/CRM records and generate sales reports.
Represent CORT at housing fairs, conferences, and campus events to generate leads.
Provide coaching and mentorship to teammates on market trends.
