Job summary

CORT USA is hiring a Regional Higher Education Sales Executive to cover Texas and Louisiana, selling to colleges, universities, and student housing. You will position CORT as a solutions provider for university housing and military housing decision makers, and lead networking, prospecting, and presentations to build new business.

Travel up to 25% is required, and candidates should reside within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in higher education, student housing, or military housing.
• Multi-state territory management experience.
• Experience with extended sales cycles required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation to identify new clients.
• Manage relationships with university and military housing contacts.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and presentations.
• Collaborate with district and regional managers to align strategies.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and other tools.
• Represent CORT at housing fairs and campus events.
• Mentor teammates on trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
