National Health Care Associates’ Sharon Center for Health & Rehabilitation seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and maintain skilled nursing staffing across our centers. You will recruit, hire, onboard and retain talent, partnering with hiring managers to craft effective strategies and improve the candidate experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with community organizations, sourcing from diverse pools, and representing the centers at events.

Qualifications

• 3+ yrs experience in healthcare recruiting in skilled nursing or 5+ yrs in non-healthcare sectors
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, practices and tools
• Past success building influential client relationships and collaborating across teams
• Experience building partnerships with professional, educational and community organizations
• Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
• May require 10%-25% travel, occasional out-of-state travel

Responsabilités

• Support talent acquisition lifecycle across one or more care centers to attract, hire, onboard and retain talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand objectives and drive tailored recruiting strategies
• Advise on recruitment strategy, process optimization and candidate experience
• Cultivate active and passive candidate pools through sourcing, partnerships and referrals
• Screen resumes, interview candidates and assess fit for long-term care roles
• Coordinate interviews, background checks and offers; support onboarding tasks
• Represent care centers at job fairs and community events
