Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare to build relationships with children's hospitals, ABA providers, and pediatric facilities across the region, bringing Lakeshore's educational expertise to decision-makers. If you love owning a territory and making a difference for children and families, you’ll develop regional sales plans, collaborate with marketing and services, and travel extensively (75%+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of field sales experience in healthcare, therapeutic, or related environment with quota attainment.
• Able to engage stakeholders at all levels from clinicians to C-suite with clear, persuasive communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a CRM platform (Salesforce is a plus).
• Willingness to travel extensively (75%+).

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow a regional pipeline by managing accounts and meeting revenue goals across hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans in collaboration with leadership and marketing.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare administrators and clinical decision-makers.
• Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and services to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Stay current on autism services funding and pediatric healthcare trends to guide conversations.
• Represent Lakeshore at regional and national healthcare events to generate leads.
