Job summary

Lifecare-Home-Health is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead Account Executive activities and drive growth in the Georgia region. You will focus on building strong relationships with physicians and hospital departments, education resources, and program delivery to support high-quality home health care.

The role includes hiring, orienting, training, and evaluating staff, developing annual plans, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies while maintaining strong community

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive health care sales experience.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Directs programs and personnel involved in Account Executive activities.
• Hire, orient, train and evaluate performance of all staff involved in Account Executive activities.
• Maintain relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and community to ensure open lines of communication to facilitate care.
• Develop yearly Account Executive plans and financial resources to support them.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Provide effective communication to clients, families, team members, and other healthcare professionals.
