Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Project Manager to support the Healthcare+ program across the South and Mid-Atlantic regions. You will develop and coordinate projects, implement programs, and drive region initiatives with strong stakeholder collaboration and strategic thinking.

The role requires excellent communication, analytical skills, self-motivation, and creativity, with travel up to 70%. A college degree or equivalent experience is expected, and experience in matrix organizations is preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of project management experience with a track record of measurable success.
• Experience working in a team-based, matrix organization.
• Experience managing multiple priorities or client accounts.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Strong communication, presentation and influence management skills.
• Healthcare, food service or facilities operational experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 70%.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project plan creation, execution, stakeholder responsibilities, monitoring, communication cadence, and facilitates the development of initiatives through meetings and customized communications.
• Engagement planning, formalized communications and engagements, stakeholder report outs, support of mobilizations and key program development, and support of client presentations.
• Supports rollout and execution of enterprise or Region/District/Site as directed by region leadership to drive outcomes, focusing on efficiency/effectiveness, adherence to standards, and increased performance.
• Manages the intake, organization, assignment, and closeout of projects.
• Provides the scope of work to sponsors/owners and guiding project managers to ensure to exceed expectations.
• Liaises with key stakeholders, onsite teams and external partners.
• Manages project roles and responsibilities and stays at the forefront of potential risks to timelines, budgets, etc.
• Moves multi-faceted and multi-tiered processes forward while maintaining attention to detail under extreme time pressures.
• Fosters support and relationships by developing trust and credibility with all stakeholders.
• Translates and communicates information, implications, and recommendations using clear written and verbal skills with a diverse audience.
• Enables identification, resolution, and potential escalation of issues and course correct / revise project plans.
