Job summary

The Health Collaborative is seeking a Regional Healthcare Coordinator to lead the Southwest Ohio Healthcare Coalition’s preparedness efforts, coordinating with hospitals, EMS, public health, and emergency management to advance regional capabilities under ASPR HPP directives.

You will oversee grant management, budgeting, and staff supervision while acting as a regional liaison across the Zone structure and partner organizations during routine operations and health emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ emergency management or related experience.
• Knowledge of disasters, WMD, hazmat, and disease.
• Strong organization, communication, and PM skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and intranet systems.
• HIPAA confidentiality as per THC policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate for HCC members and partners to promote preparedness.
• Lead regional achievement of Federal HPP capabilities.
• Administer emergency management systems (CAAMP, GMIS, MARCS, EMResource, EMTrack, OPHCS, Disaster Net, WENS, Asset Tiger).
• Provide leadership for the HCC Steering Committee and subcommittees.
• Support information sharing, situational awareness, and best practices across coalition partners.
