The successful candidate will manage staffing, patient flow, and performance metrics across locations, ensuring high-quality service and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree required in Healthcare Administration or four years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Certification: Healthcare Management certification required within two years of hire.
• Experience: Minimum three years in healthcare leadership, preferably overseeing multiple facilities or programs.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal use of shared space.
• Develop and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing staff and support engagement initiatives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
