Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or multisite services.
• Proven ability to develop and build high-performance teams.
• Demonstrated full P&L responsibility for a large business unit or division.
• Expertise in leading clinical, operational, and business functions.
• Passion for patient-centered care and teammate engagement.
• Excellent client-facing skills with executive partnerships.
• Strong financial acumen with strategic thinking and business judgment.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in value-based healthcare or employer-sponsored care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the region, including labor, supplies, and expenses.
• Drive performance against budget and maximize patient and client impact.
• Champion operational discipline, quality, safety, and infection control across centers.
• Lead adoption of standardized systems to monitor performance and compliance.
• Ensure patient, client, and teammate satisfaction goals are achieved.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to pursue clinical opportunities.
