Marathon Health is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee a defined geographic region, driving exceptional healthcare experiences, operational excellence, and strong client and teammate engagement. Lead with strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to build a high-performing regional operation delivering value to clients, patients, and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, multisite services, or a comparable industry.
• Proven leadership experience developing and building teams.
• Demonstrated full P&L responsibility for a large business unit or division.
• Expertise in building and leading high-performing teams across clinical, operational, and business functions.
• Experience in value-based healthcare, employer-sponsored healthcare, or population health management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own full P&L responsibility for the region, including labor, supplies, and expense management; drive performance against budget.
• Champion a culture of operational discipline, quality, safety, and infection control across all health centers; monitor performance with standardized systems.
• Hire, develop, lead, and train clinical teammates; set clear goals and ensure accountability and results.
• Drive visit volume, engagement, and enrollment activities; ensure schedules are optimized for efficiency and patient satisfaction.
