Privia Health is seeking a Sr. Growth Manager to drive regional new business leads and recruit providers into Privia Medical Group. You will travel 70-80% regionally (AZ, CA, TX, WA, MT) and build relationships with independent primary care practices.

The role emphasizes achieving targets, managing a quota, and collaborating with internal teams to expand market share while growing your portfolio through new business sales and commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience selling products or services.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• 70% new business lead generation and in-person prospecting independent physician practices.
• Qualify opportunities with the goal of setting qualified appointments.
• Manage a quota and follow up with interested physicians managing opportunities to close.
• Track activities, leads, and pending deals in Salesforce and participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Collaborate with Growth Operations Associates to gather intelligence and qualify prospects.
