HDR is seeking a North Central Region Health Director to drive growth and leadership in HDR’s Health sector across regional and local markets. You will shape strategy, lead business development, and strengthen HDR’s health brand through quality design, client service and thought leadership.

The role emphasizes pursuit strategy, team mentorship, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful health projects and community impact across the region.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, planning or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
• Maintain professional registration.
• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering and/or planning services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual market sector planning with goals, budgets and outcomes.
• Develop and execute health sector strategies and client plans.
• Nurture strong client relationships and expand service offerings.
• Represent HDR in local healthcare markets and industry organizations.
• Oversee health sector priorities with local/regional teams and communications.
