Job summary

HDR is seeking a North Central Region Health Director to guide health market strategy, drive new business, oversee major health projects, and strengthen HDR’s reputation regionally. You will lead BD initiatives, nurture client relationships, and mentor health leaders across offices to deliver high-impact healthcare design and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an architecture, engineering, planning or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
• Maintain professional registration.
• Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering and/or planning services.
• Ability to work cooperatively with leadership and manage teams.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual market sector planning and set regional/local goals.
• Drive health sector business development and key client relationships.
• Oversee pre-marketing, pursuits, and proposal development.
• Nurture client relationships and expand service scope.
• Represent HDR in local healthcare markets and industry groups.
• Support implementation of health sector priorities and communications.
• Mentor health leaders and develop regional teams.
