Job summary

HDR is seeking a North Central Region Health Director to lead health market strategy, business development, and project oversight across regional offices. You will drive growth, elevate HDR’s health brand through client service, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships, and mentor health leaders while advancing regional initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of health design, and the ability to travel for regional meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, planning or related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience and professional registration desired.
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the health market sector strategy and regional growth initiatives.
• Develop and manage client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee pursuit processes, proposals and client presentations to win work.
• Mentor health practice leaders and teams across regional offices.
