Qualifications

• BS 12+ years of relevant experience
• MS 10+ years relevant experience
• PhD 8+ years relevant experience
• HS 16+ years of relevant experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
• US citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Must be able to work in GMT +7 time zone, with ~50% travel to Asia
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance
• May be required to pursue a U.S. Department of State medical clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance of multiple concurrent G2G Risk Assessments
• Coordinate risk assessment scope, draft reports, and monitor financial management actions
• Establish standardized tools for planning, field work and reporting of G2G activities
• Participate in Fiduciary Oversight, Risk Management Support and MEL activities
• Lead SOAG establishment efforts and monitor financial management aspects
• Draft approval packages for SOAGs and ensure compliance
• Provide advice on the use of performance-based awards to achieve objectives
• Duties across the contracts and grants lifecycle and cradle-to-grave SME support
• Mentor mid-level personnel
