Credence seeks a Regional Health Awards Specialist to oversee G2G and SOAG activities, ensuring alignment of strategy and execution within the health sector contracts. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and performance-based awards across multiple countries.

The position requires extensive experience with the contracts and grants lifecycle, providing cradle-to-grave SME support, and coordinating with contracting and grants officers to review and obligate funds.

Qualifications

• Experience with government-to-government contracts and grant mechanisms.
• Knowledge of SOAGs, G2Gs, and performance-based awards in health aid.
• Strong governance, risk management, and compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent G2G risk assessments in assigned countries.
• Coordinate risk assessment scope, draft reports, and monitor financial management actions.
• Establish standardized tools for planning, field work and reporting of G2Gs and SOAGs.
• Provide strategic advice on awards mechanics, policy compliance, and performance metrics.
• Mentor mid-level personnel and support procurement lifecycle activities.
