Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Regional Health Assistance Specialist to support the GHSD in Asia under the HASC contract. You will guide health foreign assistance programs, align with the America First Global Health Strategy, and ensure efficient procurement and compliance across posts and interagency teams.

The role requires 12+ years of related experience or advanced degrees, willingness to travel up to 50% in Asia, and eligibility for a US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of government-to-government agreements, contracts and grants.
• Experience applying health assistance metrics and outcomes to strengthen health systems.
• Extensive experience in contracts and grants lifecycle in a government context.
• Ability to review procurement documents and advise on compliance for foreign assistance funds.
• Excellent communications and mentoring skills for mid-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Under GTM guidance, advise Missions and GHSD on appropriate mechanisms to achieve health outcomes.
• Lead knowledge transfer on health assistance areas and related metrics.
• Support rapid, efficient procurement and assistance actions within the program.
• Draft and review documents for contracting and grants actions to review and obligate funds.
• Provide technical advice on policy compliance for foreign assistance.
• Mentor mid-level personnel to build team capacity.
