Job summary

Crunch Fitness seeks an energetic District Manager to oversee a portfolio of clubs, drive regional sales targets, and ensure operational excellence. You will lead the General Managers, support multi-site performance, and uphold Crunch's culture of No Judgments while delivering strong financial results.

You will recruit top GM/ AGM candidates, implement programs, monitor KPI progress, and mentor teams to ensure member satisfaction and retention across the district.

Qualifications

3–5 years as General Manager or Regional Manager in a Fitness Club with multi-site oversight.
Proven history of success in sales and operations.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, strong leadership and career-driven.
Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and budgeting basics.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple clubs in the region to meet sales plans and KPIs.
Recruit and develop General Managers and Assistant GMs.
Perform quality checks and drive continual training across clubs.
Ensure member satisfaction, retention, and adherence to policies and safety.
