Crunch Fitness is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple clubs in the region, driving sales, operations, and overall club performance. You will supervise general managers, enforce standards, and ensure programs align with Crunch Fitness culture and policies.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, multi-site oversight, and delivering financial results while maintaining member satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as General Manager or Regional Manager in a Fitness Club.
• Proven history of success in sales and operations.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, strong leadership.
• Computer proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel; budgets and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed the company’s sales plans and KPIs for the region.
• Actively recruit new GM and AGM candidates.
• Routinely conduct quality checks in each club and implement improvements.
• Ensure member satisfaction and retention through programs and standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and health and safety procedures.
• Provide ongoing performance management and lead by example.
